IMDB reports that Joel Harlow will be the makeup department head for the new Dark Shadows movie. Harlow has worked with Johnny Depp on several projects, including the Pirates of the Caribbean films, Alice in Wonderland and The Tourist. His other credits include Mad Men, Inception and the recent Star Trek redux, for which he won an Oscar.
