John August, the screenwriter for the upcoming Dark Shadows movie, starring Johnny Depp and Tim Burton, has spoken about the project at a recent personal appearance.

News on the proposed Johnny Depp big screen Dark Shadows adaptation is still thin on the ground, but Shocktilyoudrop reports the promising appearance of Dark Shadows on a recently-issued Japanese press release schedule from Warner Bros, penciling the film in for a winter 2010 release.
